Angela Raven

From an early age, Angela was captivated by the world of entrepreneurship. With a background in Marketing and Graphic Design, she discovered her true passion—helping others bring their visions to life. She firmly believes that business owners should be able to focus on what they do best—growing their business—while she creates a brand image and communication system that reflects their heart and mission.

In 2013, a Mary Kay Director recognized Angela’s talent and brought her on board. What started as a single opportunity soon blossomed into a thriving small business, serving a close-knit community of Directors with personalized, creative services.

But Angela’s journey wasn’t without hardship. In 2016, she and her husband, Jasper, began experiencing devastating pregnancy losses. Over the course of five years, they lost nine precious babies. Through the heartbreak, they found solace in creating something meaningful—Creatively Pink was born. It became more than just a business; it was a purpose, a way to channel their pain into something that could bless the lives of others. Jasper, ever the problem solver, built the backend systems, automating processes so their services could reach and impact even more people.

Then, in the midst of a global pandemic in 2020, Charlotte—their miracle baby—was born. At their 20-week anatomy scan, they received difficult news: Charlotte had complications that would require immediate and ongoing medical care. At just four weeks old, she underwent her first brain surgery. Despite the challenges, she has proven to be a warrior, overcoming obstacles with resilience and grace.

In 2022, their youngest, Faith, made her entrance into the world. True to her name, she brought renewed hope and joy. Though she, too, has faced medical hurdles, she embraces life with the fiery spirit of a second child.

Through it all, Angela and Jasper feel profoundly blessed. Running their business from home allows them the flexibility to attend doctor’s appointments, therapy sessions, and, most importantly, to be fully present for their children. Their mission extends beyond their family—they are deeply committed to empowering business owners, helping them grow, thrive, and achieve their dreams.

For Angela, there is no greater joy than witnessing Directors and their Unit Members break barriers, surpass goals, and step into the success they deserve. Creatively Pink isn’t just about branding and business—it’s about building legacies, transforming lives, and proving that even in the face of hardship, beauty can rise.

Jasper Raven

Jasper has a background in mechanical engineering and tunnel construction. His last career involved designing custom machines for construction equipment: anything with moving parts, hydraulics, structural steel, and various custom widgets to lift things with cranes. On the side, he has always been hooked on modifying computer games and building networked computer software to assist with engineering.

In 2020, Angela and Jasper learned that their first daughter, Charlotte (due September 2020), might be significantly disabled, so they decided to go all-in to this business together and Jasper would switch from engineering to be a stay at home Dad. He maintains our computer systems, and develops new software that automates many of our services. He is extremely appreciative of his ability to spend time as needed to care for the family and to go to all needed appointments as a first priority.

When he isn’t working on computers, he loves to work outdoors while finding excuses to let his tractor do the heavy lifting. He wants to plant a big vegetable garden in the back yard to grow food for the family, and to pull weeds from there for more physical exercise. He looks forward to watching Charlotte and Faith grow and learn to play together. Some day the whole family looks forward to taking some trips to see new places while visiting our clients along the way!

Tiffany Chumley

Tiffany has been immersed in the Mary Kay world since she was 18, beginning her journey as a loyal customer before stepping into the role of a Beauty Consultant. Her passion for the business and leadership skills led her to become a Sales Director from 2011 to 2018. Over the years, she also gained invaluable behind-the-scenes experience as an assistant to several Sales Directors and a National Sales Director, deepening her understanding of the business. In November 2019, she officially joined the Creatively Pink team, where she continues to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to support others in their success.

Tiffany married her high school sweetheart, Travis, in 2000, and together they have one adult son, Logan, who has been their greatest joy. Born and raised in Oklahoma, her southern charm and unmistakable accent make her as warm and welcoming as the state she calls home.

Beyond her professional life, Tiffany has a deep love for adventure and the great outdoors. She thrives on explorin’—whether it’s setting up camp under the stars, hitting the trails in her Jeep, or feeling the thrill of riding her SXS through rugged terrain. When she’s not outside soaking up nature, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen, perfecting her homemade sourdough recipes.

She also loves unwinding with her favorite binge-worthy shows, including Gilmore Girls, Downton Abbey, and Bridgerton. And when she needs a little creative relaxation, she finds joy in coloring, letting her artistic side shine.

“I absolutely LOVE providing support to our Sales Directors and Nationals, and I LOVE celebrating y’all’s successes!” – Tiffany Chumley

Amanda Brown

Before joining the Creatively Pink team, Amanda spent a lot of time in the Mary Kay world. She kicked off her career in September 2001 and quickly moved into leadership, becoming a director shortly after. For over 15 years, she’s played a key role in a million-dollar unit, as well as serving as a personal assistant and unit manager for several top directors and Nationals. She’s also been an expert at training new consultants and knows how to guide others through the Mary Kay “way.”

Amanda is also a skilled cosmetologist and color artist. She’s been married to her husband, Brandon, for 22 years, and they have a college-aged daughter, Gabby, who’s basically Amanda’s mini-me. Brandon owns his own trucking company and has been a long-time over-the-road driver. Her family lives in a small town in Tennessee, where they love outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping in their RV on weekends.

Amanda also serves her local church as hospitality director and event coordinator, always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. When she’s not working, she enjoys relaxing on the front porch, chatting with friends and family.

Amanda is passionate about her faith and loves spending time with those she cares about. She’s all about serving others and encouraging those around her. She enjoys a good cup of coffee and cherishes time with her loved ones.

Her life verse is: 2 Timothy 1:7
“For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.”
